摘要
以长阳野葛，神农架野葛、横峰野葛为试材，对野葛的压条繁殖和扦插繁殖进行了研究，结果表明：压条繁殖优于扦插繁殖。压条繁殖不但成活率高，且地上部生长量和地下部生长量明显高于扦插繁殖。扦插繁殖时用１００ｍｇ／ｋｇＮＡＡ和生根粉处理春采茎条进行春季沙床扦插，可有效地提高发根率及根系的其它指标。
Layering and cutting propagation of wild pueraria from Changyang, Shennongjia, and Hengfeng were studied. The results showed that layering propogation was better than cutting propogation in that the former led to not only higher survival rate but also greater growth quantity of shoots and roots. When treated with 100mg/kg of naphathalene and rooting powder in cutting propogation, germination rate and other growth indexes of roots could be effectively improved.
