介绍了葛根的营养成分和药理作用、食用、饲用、水土保持和园林绿化等方面的应用现状,并探讨了其开发利用前景。
The chemical composition and pharmacological function of kudzu （Pueraria A. de Candolle） were described, and the development and utilization of kudzu as medicine, food, feed, soil and water conservation, ornamental purpose and so on were discussed.
