摘要
应用熔体流动速率测定仪考察了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)/中空微珠复合材料的弹性行为。结果表明,在200℃,当剪切应力(τ_w)小于120 kPa 时,挤出胀大比(B)随着τ_w 的增大而增大,但增幅减小;当τ_w 大于120 kPa 时,B 增幅增大。在200℃时,B 随着剪切速率的增大而增大;随着温度的上升,B 增大,两者较好地符合线性关系;在200℃时,B 随着填料含量的增加而增大,两者呈较好的二次函数关系。
The extrudate swell behavior of the composites consisting of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) and hollow glass bead (HGB) as filler was investigated by means of a melt flow rate. The results show that in case the shear stress (τw) is less than 120 kPa, the die-swell ratio(B) increases with τw at 200 ℃, but its amplitude falls down; when τw is above 120 kPa, the amplitude of B increases. In addition, B also increases with shear rate at 200 ℃. The increase in B with temperature substantially accords with linear functional relationship. Then, the dependence of B on the filler content at 200 ℃ considerably conforms to quadratic functional relationship.
