摘要
从阻燃、阻燃/抗菌、抗菌/抗静电、抗噪音、高强度等方面综述了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)复合材料在汽车领域的应用研究进展。ABS具有加工方便、使用综合性能好、成本低、密度低等优点,成为汽车轻量化材料发展的重要方向。ABS复合材料的应用趋势是合金化、复合化,以及不断提高专用材料的开发。
The application of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer(ABS)in automobile manufacturing is reviewed from six aspects:flame retardancy,flame retardancy/antibacterial,antibacterial/antistatic,anti-noise,and high strength.ABS as composite materials of convenient processing,good comprehensive performance,low cost and low density,have become an important development direction for automotive lightweight materials.The trend of ABS application is alloying,compounding,and development of specialty.
