摘要
首先对企业生态系统的概念进行界定,指出了企业生态系统的成员构成及其相互关系;然后,提出基于生态系统的企业战略,并分析不同类型企业在企业生态系统中的地位和作用。在此基础上,用A集团和B企业的实际案例对企业生态系统中核心企业和缝隙型企业的不同战略特点进行论证,并说明构建企业生态系统的重要作用。
By defining the concept of business ecosystem, its member structure and interrelation are pointed out. And then the business strategy based on ecological theory is proposed, and then the positions and fi.mctions of different enterprises in business ecosystem are analyzed. On this basis, the business strategy model of key enterprises and nickel enterprises is demonstrated with the case of A group and B enterprise, and the importance of building the business ecosystem is introduced.
