摘要
垦东12平台丛式井组布有28口井,相邻井间距仅为3.5m,其中7口井水平位移超过1 000m,6口井造斜点井深不大于200m。所施工井属于浅层油藏,砂层胶结性差,极其疏松,易导致井径扩大;泥岩中蒙脱石含量高,造浆能力强,易导致缩径及钻井液污染。针对人工岛上布井稠密、井间距小、水平位移大、造斜层软、海水钻井液体系造浆难度大、大井眼浅地层中定向及井身轨迹控制难等特点,采用大井眼浅地层定向、井身轨迹控制、控制井径扩大率及优化海水钻井液等关键性技术,使28口井均达到了工程设计要求,为今后人工岛丛式井组的钻探提供了技术支撑。
There are 28 wells arrayed in the cluster well group of Ken- dongl2 platform,with spacing interval between adjacent wells of 3.5m only.Horizontal migration of 7 wells exceeds 1 000m,and the well depth of deflection point of 6 wells is less than 200m. The wells are characterized by shallow oil reservoir,weak cemen- tation and loose,which easily result in hole enlargement.High content of mudstone montmorillonite and strong pulp-making ca- pacity result in easily hole reduction and polluted drilling fluid. Artificial island has the characteristics of dense well distribu- tion,small well spacing,big horizontal migration,flexible whips- tocking layers,seawater drilling fluid system,large hole in shal- low strata orientation and great difficulty in controlling well traj- ectory.Application of the key techniques as large hole in shallow strata orientation,wellbore trajectory control,well hole enlarge- ment control,seawater drilling fluid drilling,etc.,these 28 wells all achieved the project design requirements,which will provide technical support for drilling the cluster well group in artificial island in future.
