摘要
F作为生物和人体必须的微量元素,对人类与生物有着重要的影响,正确认识F的环境地球化学特征及其形态分析就十分必要。F在环境中的存在形态极为复杂,目前可知的可分为水溶态、可交换态、铁锰氧化态、有机结合态和残渣等。测定氟化物最常用方法是将经过适当的预处理使样品中各种形态的氟化物定量转化成可溶性氟离子溶液,然后用化学法或仪器法测定,主要有化学滴定法、比色法、电极法和色谱法,此外荧光猝灭[1]法也可用于测定。
Being a kind of essential trace element for biology and human being,fluorin has important effect.So the analysis of environmental geochemistry and conformation becomes necessary.The fluorin can exist as water-soluble state,exchangeable state,Fe-Mn oxidation state,organic residues state and residu which current existence are complex in enviroment.The common detemination methods for fluorin is transforming the different fluorin which are pretreated into soluble fluorinion solution.Then determine the soluble fluorinion solution by chemical and instrument methods,such as titration,colorimetry,electrode method and chromatography,as well as fluorescence quenching method.
