摘要
为了研究双丝焊焊接效果的影响机理,利用高速摄像和电信号结合的方法,观察了双丝脉冲M IG焊的熔滴过渡,研究了熔滴过渡的特点;针对双丝M IG焊高熔敷效率的特点,对不同焊接参数下单丝焊和双丝脉冲M IG焊的熔敷速度和焊缝成形进行了对比分析。试验结果表明,采用脉冲喷射过渡方式,可获得稳定的双丝M IG焊接过程,在相同焊接质量的条件下,双丝焊的熔敷效率和焊接速度明显高于单丝焊,焊缝成形系数更好,同时减小了由于高速焊接造成的焊缝咬边的倾向,而且试验所测的焊缝宽度,与预测焊缝宽度的三维模拟方程的模拟值基本一致。
In order to study the mechanism of double wire welding,the droplet transfer of double wire pulsed MIG welding is observed by high-speed photography and electric signals,and the welding efficiency and weld appearance of single wire pulsed MIG welding and double wire pulsed MIG welding with different welding parameters were analysed and compared.The results show that the stable welding process is achieved by the pulsed spraying transition.The double wire pulsed MIG welding has higher welding efficiency and better weld formation under the same welding quality,and at the same time reduces the tendency of undercut.In addition,the actual weld width are in consistent with that predicted by 3D simulation equation.
