摘要
目前我国高校债务危机问题日益突显,高校负债总额巨大并且结构严重失衡,对高等教育事业以及金融行业的发展与稳定造成了危害。国家财政投入相对不足,高校融资渠道狭窄以及高校内外管理约束机制的缺失是造成高校债务危机的主要原因。健全高等教育办学体制与投资体制,提高高校市场运作的能力,拓宽高校融资渠道,加强高校资金运作的管理,并且完善与高校投融资相配套的制度和法律法规是化解高校债务危机的有效措施。
At present, the problem of China＇s colleges debt crisis is even more prominent. The total liabilities of colleges is huge and the structure is seriously imbalance, which causes harm to the development and stability of higher education and financial sector. Generally speaking, there are three major reasons for college debt crisis： State financial investment is relative inadequate; college financing channels is too narrow; and the restraint mechanisms of colleges are missing. To defuse the college debt crisis, it is necessary to improve the higher education system, the investment system, and the market operation ability. Furthermore, colleges must broaden the financing channels, strengthen the management of college funds operation, and improve the laws and regulations which relate to the system.
