摘要
目的：对野西瓜中总黄酮含量进行测定,为野西瓜质量评价提供依据。方法：芦丁-UV方法进行测定。结果：总黄酮在0.00168～0.0672mg/ml范围有良好的线性关系（r=0.9991）,加样回收率为99.60%,RSD=3.16%。结论：该法样品处理简单、迅速,可以做为野西瓜中总黄酮的含量测定方法,不同来源的野西瓜中总黄酮含量差别较大。
Objective：To determine the quantity of total flavonoids in Capparis Spinosa, and to provide experimental evident for its quality control. Methods：UV method was used for the identification and determination of total flavonoids. Results：The standald curves of total flavonoids were linear in the range of 0. 00168- 0. 0672 mg/ml, r = 0.9991. The average recoveries was 99.60%, RSD = 3.16%. Conclusion： With its sensitivity, reproducibility as well as the simplicity of sample preparation, this method is feasible for determination of total flavonoids in Capparis Spinosa, and their content from deferent resource varied greatly.
