摘要
目的:观察鸡血藤(SS)对白血病L1210细胞株的影响。方法:以白血病L1210细胞株为研究对象,以昆明小鼠含药血清为药物,用MTT法观察SS含药血清对白血病细胞株L1210细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果:SS含药血清对L1210细胞有抑制作用,其结果具有统计学意义。结论:SS含药血清具有一定抑制L1210肿瘤细胞增殖及其诱发的移植性肿瘤作用。
objective To observe the effects of serum con taining suberect spatholobus （SS） in L1210 Cells. methods mtt assay was used to detecte the proliferatio of L1210 cells, results L1210 cells were obviously inhibited by the influence of the serum containing SS. conclusions ss had the ihibitory effects on L1210 cells.
