摘要
目的:建立敖龙斯乐吉胶囊含量测定方法。方法:采用反相色高效液相色谱法测定含量:C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85:15)为流动相,检测波长为254nm,流速为1.0ml.min-1。结果:大黄素分离完全,加样回收率为100.50%,RSD为1.65%(n=6)。结论:本方法准确、重现性好,可作为敖龙斯乐吉胶囊质量控制方法。
Objective： To establish a method for the determination of in Aolongsileji Capsules. Method： The determination was performed by HPLC using BDS C18 （250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm） columm, Mtehanol - 0.1% H3 PO4 （85 ： 15 ） as mobile phase, Wavelenghth at 254nm and a flow rate of 1.0ml·min^-1. Result： Emodin was separated completely. The mean recovery was 99.16% and RSD was 1.94% （n = 6）. Conclusion：This method is accurate and highly reproducible. It can be a method for quality control of Aolongsileji Cupsules.
