摘要
从30个属61株药用真菌中筛选能高产β-葡萄糖苷酶的菌株,经α-纤维素平板法快速初筛和固体发酵复筛,采用对硝基酚-β-葡萄糖苷(pNPG)法对复筛菌株进行酶活测定。结果表明,菌株Schino-phyllum commune.O1产β-葡萄糖苷酶能力最强,且其酶活在第9天时能达到39.03IU/g,灵芝属(Ganoderma sp.)和香菇属(Lentinus sp.)担子菌也存在产β-葡萄糖苷酶的能力,其余菌株产β-葡萄糖苷酶能力很低。
To screen the strains with high β-glucosidase activity from 61 pharmaceutical fungi, which belonged to 30 different genuses. By using the methods of α-cellulose and the solid-state fermentation, the strain with the highest enzyme activity was obtained using p-nitropheny1-β-D-glucopyranoside as substrate. The results showed that the strain Schinophyllum commune.O1 produced highest β-glucosidase activity and the value could reach 39.03 IU/g during 9 days incubation. In addition, the strains which belonged to Ganoderma sp. and Lentinus sp. also showed high β-glucosidase activity. Other strains showed low β-glucosidase activity.
