通过担子菌的生物合成可产生许多芳香物质,其化学结构主要是芳香族化合物,萜烯类化合物,γ或δ-内酯以及脂肪醇、脂肪酮和脂肪酸酯。
Many reports deal with frultbody and mecellum odors of basidiomyceles. Different chemical classes of flavour compounds can be obtained from basidiomycetes:aromatic compounds;terpenic compounds;gamma and delta-lactones;aliphatic molecules.
