摘要
目的制备鹅不食草鼻腔喷雾剂,使有效成分直接达到治疗部位,同时增加患者的顺应性。方法以二氧化碳超临界萃取鹅不食草油作为主药,以饱和水溶液法用羟丙基-β-环糊精进行包合,采用正交试验优选鹅不食草油包合物最佳工艺,以该包合物为原料,制备鹅不食草鼻腔喷雾剂。结果最佳包合工艺为鹅不食草贮备液与羟丙基-β-环糊精的比例为10 mL∶10 g,包合温度为60℃,包合时间为1.5 h,鹅不食草鼻腔喷雾剂中药物含量可控制为0.5%。结论鹅不食草鼻腔喷雾剂中,主药水溶性好,含药量高,制备工艺合理。
Objective To optimize the preparation procedure of Centipeda minima nasal spray. Methods The oil of Centipeda minima was extracted by CO2 supercritical fluid extraction, then enveloped with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin by saturated solution method. The preparation procedure was optimized by orthogonal design. Results The optimum preparation process of inclusion compound was as follows : the ratio of Centipeda minima oil with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin was 10 mL: 10 g, 60 ℃ for 1.5 h of inclusion. The drug concentration was 0.5%. Conclusion The inclusion compound was water-soluble, high-content of the drug and suitable for nasal spray.
