摘要
目的:调查当代大学生心理压力的来源以及现状,为缓解大学生压力提供实证性参考。方法:采用自编的大学生压力感量表,对274名大学生心理压力感量进行了调查研究。结果:心理压力按程度大小排列依次为前途压力、人际关系压力、适应压力、学习与个人能力压力。其中大学生前途压力感的年级差异非常显著(P<0.001)。而在性别差异上,女生的人际关系压力显著地高于男生(P<0.05);女生的适应压力显著高于男生(P<0.05);女生的前途压力也显著地高于男生(P<0.001)。结论:当代大学生心理压力正呈现出多元化、复杂性的特点,其在强度上也随着年级的增加而不断加强,男女生体验到的压力也不尽相同,因此针对特定大学生群体要分别采取不同的方法和态度。
Objective：Investigate the psychological pressure situation of contemporary university students as well as the source.Provide empirical reference to relief the pressure on the students.Methods：Use the Contemporary College Students Pressure Scale designed by ourselves to investigate the psychological pressure of the 274 graduating students.Results：Psychological pressure is followed by future pressure,interpersonal pressure,adaptation pressure and personal capacity pressure.The pressure of the future exists significant differences in grade（P〈0.001）.On the gender differences,the interpersonal pressure of the girls is significantly higher than that of boys（P〈0.05）as well as The adaptation pressure（P〈0.05）.The future pressure of girls also significantly higher than that of boys（P〈0.001）.Conclusion：The psychological pressure of contemporary students is showing a diversified,complex character.Its intensity is also increased by grade.The pressure experience of boys and girls is also different.So we should adopt different methods and attitudes to the specific group students.
