摘要
成为反思型教师是高职教师专业化的必由之路。尝试从反思型教师的思维特点入手,着重探究高职教师如何成为反思型教师问题,希望以教学反思为契机,促进高职教师专业成长,从而不断提高高职教育教学质量。
The essential way for a higher vocational school teacher to be professional is to be introspective teacher. The author tries to begin in thinking features of an introspective teacher and focuses on the exploration of the conversion from a higher vocational school teacher to an introspective one. The author hopes to promote the professional development of a higher vocational school teacher and further to improve the education quality of higher vocational school which bases on teaching introspection.
