摘要
目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定治感佳胶囊中马来酸氯苯那敏含量的方法。方法高效液相色谱法。Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-50%甲醇溶液[含0.5%十二烷基硫酸钠和0.1%磷酸](42∶58),检测波长263nm。结果精密度及回收率结果良好,平均回收率为97.97%,RSD=1.3%。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于治感佳胶囊质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of chlorphenamine maleate in Zhiganjia capsules by HPLC. Methods HPLC method was adopted. The Diamonsil C,s column was used, the Acetmitrile-50% methanol solution （42：58） was used as the mobile phase, and detection wavelength was at 263 nm. Results The precision and the rate of reclaim were good. The average recovery was 97.97%, RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Zhiganjia capsule.
