摘要
目的建立用HPLC法测定速克感冒片中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。方法色谱柱为Phenomenex LunaC18（2）（4．6×250mm，5μm）；流动相为乙腈-0．5％十二烷基硫酸钠水溶液-磷酸（60：40：0．2）；检测波长为210nm。结果马来酸氯苯那敏在13．87-1040．4μg（r=0．9999）之间有良好的线性关系，平均回收率为101．9％，RSD=0．74％（n=6）。结论本法操作简便、准确、重复性好。可用于速克感冒片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorphenamine maleate in Sukeganmao tablets. METHODS The Phenomenex Luna C18（2） column （4.6 × 250mm, 5μm） was used with acetonitrile-0.5 % dodecyl sodium sulfate solution-phosphoric acid （60 ： 40 ： 0.2） as mobile phase, detection wave- lenghth was set at 210nm. RESULTS The liner range was 13.87-1040.4μg（r = 0. 9999） for chlorphenamine maleate. The average recovery rate was 101.9 %, with RSD 0.74 % （n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and is available for the quality control of Sukeganmao tablets.
