摘要
目的建立仲景胃灵片中桂皮醛的含量测定方法。方法采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(5μm,150mm×4.6mm);流动相为乙腈-水(32∶68)。流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为290nm。结果桂皮醛的线性范围为进样量0.0265～0.2650μg(r=0.9996)。平均加样回收率为99.7%,RSD为1.7%。方法重现性的RSD为0.74%(n=6)。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,可用于仲景胃灵片的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of cinnamaldehyde in Zhongjing Welling tablets. Methods Kromasil C18 column （5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm） was used, acetonitrile-water （32：68） was used as the mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, and the wavelength of detector was 290 nm. Results The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0.0265-0.2650 μg, the average recovery was 99.65%, RSD was 1.7%, the RSD of the repeatability test was 0.74% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Zhongjing Welling tablets.
