摘要
文章从藏史文献资料入手,探讨了宗教对藏族传统体育起源与发展的影响,认为在西藏史前社会时期,人们求助于自然恩施、祭祀天地的仪式形成了具有宗教文化内涵的体育活动。随着社会的发展,不少体育活动的内容被描绘在寺院壁画上,成为宗教活动表演的重要内容。
By consulting Tibetan historical documents and exploring the origins, the article discusses the religion＇s influences on Tibetan traditional physical exercises and holds the view that people began their physical exercises activities with religious contents during the process of their asking help from nature and offering sacrifices to Heaven and Earth in Tibet during the prehistorical period. Later, with the development of Tibet, many physical activities were painted on monasteries＇ walls, and became the main contents of some religious performances as well.
