摘要
随着健康中国战略的深入实施和国内康养产业的蓬勃发展,我国广大民族地区也越来越重视健康产业与本地民族文化的深度融合发展。藏族文化传承了丰富的健康养生文化思想,它深刻地渗透到藏族人民的物质文明和精神文明生活方面。木里作为全国藏康养的倡导者,在新发展格局下,充分挖掘藏族健康养生文化精髓,明确界定藏康养概念和内涵,倡导人与环境和谐一体的藏康养理念,创新传承和融合藏医养生、藏传佛教养生、藏族起居养生、心性养生和慎微养生等藏族传统文化中的健康养生理论或思想,构建新发展格局下的藏康养理论体系,为藏康养产业健康发展奠定理论基础,助力民族地区经济协调、持续、健康发展。
With the in-depth implementation of the Healthy China Initiative and the prosperity of domestic health and wellness industry,the in-depth and integrated development between health and wellness industry and local ethnic culture have attracted an increasing amount of attention in China’s vast ethnic areas.Tibetan culture inherits a rich cultural ideology of health preservation,which profoundly permeates the material and spiritual civilization of the Tibetan people.As a pioneer of Tibetan health and wellness in China,Muli fully explores the essence of Tibetan health and wellness culture in the context of new development pattern,clearly defines the concept and connotation of Tibetan health and wellness,and advocates the concept of Tibetan health and wellness integrating the human and the environment in harmony.Muli also innovatively inherits and integrates the health and wellness theories or ideas in Tibetan traditional culture,such as Tibetan medicine-based regimen,Tibetan Buddhism-based regimen,Tibetan daily life-based regimen,mentality-based regimen,and prudence-based regimen.By constructing a theoretical system of Tibetan health,it will lay a theoretical foundation for the healthy development of the Tibetan health and wellness industry,and assist the coordinated,sustained,and healthy development of the economy in ethnic areas.
