颈动脉粥样硬化患者斑块稳定性与血浆ET、NO的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察不同类型颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化及与斑块稳定性的相关性。方法:55例伴有颈动脉粥样斑块的患者根据超声斑块形态分为易损斑块(vulnerable plaque,VP)组30例和稳定斑块(stableplaque,SP)组25例,另选30例无斑块组(NCP)为对照组,分别测定血浆ET、NO的含量。结果:与无斑块组比较,有斑块组ET明显增高,NO明显降低,有显著差异(P<0.05);与稳定斑块组比较,易损斑块组ET明显增高,NO明显降低,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:血清ET、NO在颈动脉粥样硬化患者中有明显变化,ET,NO与患者斑块稳定性相关。 Objective: To investigate of the changes of plasma endothelium (ET) and nitricoxide (NO) of patients with different types of atherosclerotie plaque in carotid arteries and to study the relationship between stability of the plaque and levels of plasma ET and NO. Methods.55 cases with atherosclerotic plaques in carotid arteries were divided into two groups according to their type of plaque. One group had vulnerable plaque (VP group, n 30) and the other group had stable plaque (SP group, n 25). 30 subjects without atherosclerotic plaque in carotid arteries were selected to the control group. The levels of plasma ET and NO of all subiects were detected. Results: The level of ET of subjects with the plaques was higher than that of subjects without the plaque and the level of NO of subjects with the plaques was lower than that of subjects without the plaque(P〈0. 05). The level of ET of VP group was higher than that of SP group and the level of NO of VP group was lower than that of SP group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion:The levels of plasma ET and NO were various in the patients with different types of atherosclerotic plaque in carotid arteries and there is a relationship between stability of atherosclerotic plaque in carotid arteries and levels of plasma ET and NO.
