摘要
分析了新时期人文素质教育对医学生的培养、改善医患关系、改善基层医疗现状等方面的重要意义，提出加强医学生人文素质教育要从整个育人环境、校园文化、硬件设施、师资队伍和学生实践等多方面着手。
This paper discusses the significance of humanities quality-oriented education in training medical students, improving doctor-patient relation and accordingly improving the poor health care status at the grass-root level. The author argues that medical students＇ humanities quality-oriented education must be enhanced in the follow aspects： education environment, campus culture, facilities construction, teachers＇ quality and students＇ practice.
