摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用半定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测43例肾透明细胞癌患者癌与癌旁组织MMP2和TGF-β1的表达水平。结果在不同的病理分级和临床分期的43例肾透明细胞癌组织中,MMP2表达水平均显著高于癌旁组织;癌与癌旁MMP2表达的差值随临床分期的升高而呈上升趋势。TGF-β1在肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达阳性率为32.56%(14/43),而癌旁组织均无表达;TGF-β1表达阳性的肾透明细胞癌病理分级和临床分期均处于Ⅰ或Ⅱ级(期)。结论MMP2和TGF-β1在肾透明细胞癌组织过度表达参与其浸润生长,侵袭转移等病理过程,对其检测为预后判断提供了帮助。 Objective To study the expression and significance of MMP2 and TGF-β1 in human suprarenal epithelioma tissues. Methods Expressions of MMP2 and TGF-β1 gene from 43 human suprarenal epithelioma patients' carcinoma and tumor-adjacent tissues were detected by semiquantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results The expression of MMP2 in the carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in the tumor-adjacent tissues in all differencent pathological grade and clinical stage. There was a tendency of increased expression of MMP2 in the tumor-adjacent tissues with increased clinical stage. The expression rate of TGF-β1 in human suprarenal epithelioma tissues was significantly higher than that in the corresponding tumoradjacent tissues (32.56% vs. 0%). TGF-β1 was expressed in grade and staage Ⅰ or Ⅱ suprarenal epithelioma tissues. Conclusion Overexpressed MMP2 and TGF mRNA might contribute to the infiltrating growth and invasive metastasis of human suprarenal epithelioma, which may be useful in predicting the prognosis.
