摘要
随着知识经济的到来,我国经济发展方式将加快由资金密集型向知识密集型转变。人才管理环境和方法的再造,将成为知识经济时代我国人力资本管理和人才高地建设的重要保障。在分析人力资本理论对企业产权制度和薪酬制度影响的基础上,我国应建立国际化的人力资本激励机制创新体系,建立人力资本绩效考核管理新模式。
With the advent of knowledge economy, the economic development mode in China will transform from capital eoaretation to knowledge coaretation. The re-construction of talent management environment and methods will be become important assurance for human capital management and talent base con- struetion. Based on analysis on the impact of human capital theory on enterprise' property system and salary and reward system, China should build incentive mechanism innovation system for international human capital and new evaluation and management model for human capital.
