摘要
详细论述了实时以太网EtherCAT技术,主要包括EtherCAT以太网的工作原理、通信协议以及优越的同步、高速性能等。其次,介绍了EtherCAT系统的设计方法,如何利用组态软件TWinCAT实现一个主站系统,以及针对应用的特点怎样设计一个合适的从站系统。最后,介绍了一个基于EtherCAT技术的实时以太网系统,并证明该系统能满足电力系统中实时数据采集的要求。实时以太网EtherCAT系统能提高电力系统中通信的实时性。
In this paper, the real-time EtherCAT technology is introduced in detail, which including operating principle, communication protocol and the superiority performance of EtherCAT i.e. synchronicity, simultaneousness and high speed. To show how to build up a master system using configuration software TWinCAT and how to design a slave system considering the characteristics of application, the methods of developing systems based on EtherCAT technology are proposed. Finally, a data acquisition system based on EtherCAT technology is designed and it is proved that the system can well satisfy the need of data acquisition in the power systems. Application of EtherCAT technology can improve the real-time characteristics of data communication in power systems.
