摘要
论述开源图书馆自动化系统对图书馆现代化建设的积极推动作用,分析当前国内图书馆应用开源系统的主要障碍,探讨国内推行开源系统的策略,指出自上而下的推行路线或许最为行之有效。
The positive effects on library modernization of open source integrated library automatic system （OSILAS） was mentioned, the chief obstacle to applying OSILAS in domestic libraries was analyzed, and then the strategies for promoting domestically OSILAS were discussed. The authors＇ opinion was that a super-incumbent route may be the most effective way.
