摘要
开源软件以“信息共享、源代码共享”为宗旨。在图书馆建设中应用开源软件有利于图书馆员掌握软件开发的核心技术,并促进软件的逐步成熟,同时能降低相关费用,加强图书馆之间的合作。在图书馆推广开源软件应注意对开源软件许可证的比较研究、遵守许可使用规则、强调标准化以及化解法律风险等问题。
The aim of Open Source Software（OSS） is to share the information resources and original code. In the construction of digital libraries, using OSS is a good way to take hold of the key software development technology, bring software to maturity and reduce the corresponding expenditure and strength the cooperation among libraries. In the implementation of OSS, attention should be paid to aspects such as comparative study of license, the rule of license usage, the importance of standardization as well as ways of managing the legal risks.
