摘要
建立了人血清中环丙沙星的微生物测定法,平均回收率为101.2%,日内误差CV为4. 5%,以该法对患者进行了环丙沙星的稳态药物动力学研究,体内过程符合一室模型.其主要药物动力学参数为 T_(max)=0.96±0.44h;(C_∞)_(max)=2.73±1.02μg/ml;T_(1/2)=5.14±1.13h;Vd/F=6.62±4.18L/kg;Cl/F=0.89±0.52L/(kg·h).
A microbiological method was developed for the determination of ciprofloxacin serum concentration and used to study the steady pharmacokinetics of it. The average recov-ery was 101. 2%, CV Was 4. 5%. Ciprofloxacin in vivo were fitted to one compartment mod-el.
