摘要
为增强竞争的核心能力,未来的制造企业应该显著地改进产品和制造系统的设计能力;本文重点阐述了可重构制造系统(RMS)体系结构、内涵及特征,对传统的制造过程与可重构制造过程的区别进行了分析,并给出了二者的描述模型;指出可重构制造系统关键技术包括系统建模、支持可重构的信息平台、设备模块化与界面标准化、可重构控制与故障诊断技术等四个层面;在实现系统的可重构时,可重构制造系统是一种模块化、可重用和可扩展的;最后给出了评价指标。
