摘要 精制棉生产因其传统的高温高碱蒸煮工艺,产生的蒸煮黑液含有大量的棉短绒等杂质,COD>40000mg/L,色度>20000倍,可生化性差,较难处理。工程将蒸煮黑液加盐酸预处理,再与洗涤废水混合经厌氧、好氧、混凝处理后,出水水质能够达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)二级标准。通过对蒸煮黑液进行预处理,很大程度上降低了投资和运行费用。 The black liquor from refined cotton production, according to traditional techniques, contains so much impurities such as cotton nap resulted from the high temperature boiling process, i.e. COD〉40 000 mg/L, ehroma 〉20 000 times. It is difficult to biodegrade and treat the wastewater. In the project, hydrochloric acid has been added to the black liquor for pretreatment, and then mixed with the washing wastewater through the treatment of anaerobic-aerobic-coagulation. The outgoing water quality can meet the requirement of the Second Grade Standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge. The process of the pretreatment cuts down the investment and operation costs largely.
