摘要
采用UASB反应器处理棉浆粕黑液,比较分析了近4个月的运行中加聚合氯化铝(PAC)组与未加PAC对照组的运行过程和结果,以及有机负荷、停留时间和pH值等对两组UASB反应器运行的影响。试验结果表明,在处理棉浆粕黑液的UASB系统中投加PAC可有效加快系统的启动,并使系统具有较好的稳定性和抗冲击能力,且投加PAC对系统的产甲烷活性无不良影响。
The Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) reactor was used to treat cotton pulp black liquor for nearly four months. The operation results of the groups with PAC and without PAC were compared. The influence of organic loadings, retention times, pH values and other factors on the operation of the two groups of UASB reactors was investigated. The test results show that the addition of PAC into the UASB system treating cotton pulp black liquor can effectively accelerate the system start-up and allow the system to have a better stability and a higher resistance to shock loading, without side effect on the methanogenic activity of the system.
