摘要
目的:建立消眩止晕片中天麻素的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:kromasil C18柱;流动相乙腈-水(3:97);检测波长:220 nm;流速:1.0 ml.min-1。结果:天麻素线性范围为21～206μg/ml,r=0.9997,回收率为98.55%,RSD%为1.67%。结论:本方法简便、可靠、重现性较好,能起到控制消眩止晕片中天麻素含量的作用。
Objective： To establish HPLC method for the determination of gastrodine in Vertigo-eliminating and Syncope-stopping Tablets. Methods： Gastrodine in Vertigo-eliminating and Syncope-stopping Tablets was determined by HPLC, using kromasil C18 column,acetonitrile-water（3：97） as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 220 nm, The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Results： The linear range of gastrodine was 21-206 μg/ml, coefficient correlation r was 0.9997, the average recovery of gastrodine was 98.55% with RSD%=l.67%. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repreatable. It can be used for determination of gastrodine in Vertlgo-elimlnatlng and Syncope-stopping Tablets.
