摘要
目的:用高效液相色谱法测定天麻配方颗粒中天麻素含量。方法:采用DiamonsilC1 8( 2 5 0mm×4 6mm ,5 μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0 0 5 %磷酸溶液( 3 5 :96 5 )为流动相,检测波长2 70nm ,流速0 9mL/min ,柱温室温。结果:线性范围0 3 3～2 97μg(r =0 99998,n =5 ) ,平均回收率10 1 3 % ,RSD为1 5 2 % (n =5 )。结论:本法简便、准确、无干扰。
Objective :To establish the quantitative method of the Gastrodin in Tianma Formulation Granules by HPLC. Method :The Diamonsil C 18 Column (4.6mm×150mm 5μm) was used.The methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid (3.5∶96.5)mixture as the mobile phase,with the detection at 270nm,the flow rate was 0.9mL/min and column temperature was room temperature. Result :The liner ranges was 0.33～2.97μg( r =0.99998, n =5).The average recovery was 101.3%,RSD=1.52%( n =5). Conclusion :This method is convenient,accurate and specified.
