摘要
目的:以HPMC、PVPP等辅料制备复方丹参胃漂浮缓释片,并考查其体外释放度。方法:超临界萃取丹参的有效成分,湿法制粒压片制备复方丹参胃漂浮缓释片;以U5(53)均匀设计法考察十八醇、PVPP、MCC用量对主药漂浮性能和体外释放度的影响,多元回归分析优化处方工艺。结果:复方丹参胃漂浮缓释片具有良好的漂浮性能和缓释作用。PVPP用量对主药漂浮性能和缓释作用影响最显著。结论:本方法制备的漂浮缓释片比普通片具有明显的缓释作用。该制备工艺简单可行,质量稳定,可压性好。
Objective： To prepare Compound Danshen Floating Sustained Tablets using HPMC, PVPP and etc,and to investigate in vitro release rate. Methods： Preparation of Compound Danshen Floating Sustained Tablets using the effective component of compound Danshen; and the release rate of floating sustained tablets and floating capability were observed by U5 （5^3）even-design method. Results： The floating sustained tablets had good sustained-release rate and good floating capability. And the release rate effected considerably by the dosage of PVPP. Conclusion： The floating sustained tablets have a less release rate than normal tablets, and this preparation is simple, stable, good appearance and pressing.
