摘要
文章从电监会颁布的《居民供用电合同》的背景和供电企业需要对电网谐波进行治理的角度出发,针对电网中缺少谐波监测系统的现状,提出了建设电网谐波监测网络的问题。文章主要阐述了电网谐波监测网络的组成,设计了基于USB接口高速传输的采集测量硬件系统;其次在软件设计时作者提出了信号分析方法,特别是在对电网谐波进行分析时采用了小波分析算法,另外根据实际中需要大容量存储数据的问题提出了解决的策略,从而最终完成了谐波监测装置的研制和谐波监测网络的组建。
Based on the background of "power supply contracts for residents" promulgated by Electric Power Supervision Committee this year and the point of view of power grid harmonic should be harnessed by power supply enterprises, the paper presented the construction about power grid harmonic monitoring network aiming at the status of lack of harmonic monitoring system. The paper described the composition of power grid harmonic monitoring network, designed the acquisition and measurement hardware system based on high-speed USB. The paper also put forward the signal analysis method in software design, particularly using wavelet analysis algorithm in power grid harmonic analysis. According to the actual needs of large data storage capacity, the strategies to solve the problem were presented, and eventually the development of harmonic monitoring devices and the construction of harmonic monitoring network were completed.
