摘要
研究了有机溶剂微波萃取枸杞中的类胡萝卜素.单因素实验结果表明,微波萃取枸杞色素的最佳单因素依次为石油醚-丙酮体积分数φ=1∶1的混合溶剂,微波火力中火,萃取时间20s,料液比为1∶3,萃取3次.正交实验结果表明,微波萃取枸杞色素的最佳工艺条件为:用石油醚-丙酮体积分数φ=1∶1的混合溶剂浸提,料液比为1∶4,在微波火力中火下萃取20s,反复3次.在此条件下,枸杞中类胡萝卜素含量可达14.23mg/L.
In this paper, studies about the microwave extraction of carotenoid from Fructus lycii using organic solvent were introduced. Results showed that the optimum conditions for single factor experiments were as follows: petroleum ether-acetone mixtures (φ=1:1), middle microwave power, 20 s/time, 1 : 3 of ratio of solid to ethanol solution and 3 times. Results of orthogonal experiments showed that the optimum extraction condition was 1 : 4 of ratio of solid to ethanol solution, 20 s/time, middle microwave power, 3 times with petroleum ether-acetone (φ=1:1). Under these conditions, total carotenoid content of Fructus lycii was 14.23 mg/L.
