摘要
在西宁地区的联栋温室内设7个基质配比,进行枸杞出苗和苗期生长试验。结果表明:基质为泥炭60%+珍珠岩40%时,枸杞的出苗率、地上部分生长量、根生长量、生物产量最高,是最适合于北方枸杞育苗的基质。泥炭80%+珍珠岩20%;泥炭40%+珍珠岩60%;泥炭80%+原土20%的基质较好,泥炭60%+原土40%;泥炭40%+原土60%的基质的效果最差。
Seven matrices with different ratio of components were used to test their effects on seedling emergence and seedling growth of northern Chinese wolfberry in greenhouses.The emergence rate,plant height,shoot diameter at ground,root mass and biolmass reached the highest values when the matrix composed of 60% peat and 40% perlite.Other formulae such as 80% peat+20% perlite,40% peat+60% perlite and 80% peat+20% chestnut soil had better results.The combinations of 60% peat+40% chestnut soil,40% peat+60% chestnut...
