摘要
采用正交实验法研究纳米铜粉的制备工艺。结果表明,液相还原法制备纳米铜粉的优化方案为硫酸铜和次亚磷酸钠的摩尔比为1∶1.3,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)与理论产铜的质量比为1∶1,pH值为2,温度70℃。优化样品XRD检测为纯净的铜粉,晶粒度为49nm,一次颗粒的粒度在60nm左右。
The preparation technology of copper nanoparticles is investigated by the orthogonal experiment process. The results show that the optimal technological parameters for copper nanoparticles preparation with solution reduction process are 1: 1.3 of mol ratio between cupric sulfate and sodium hypophosphite, 1 : 1 of mass ratio between PVP and theoretical mass of copper powder, 2 of pH and 70E. It is indicated by XRD that the optimal specimen contains pure copper powders with the crystal grain size of 49nm, and the grain size of primary particles is about 60nm.
