Study of Regular Spherical Nanometer Silver Powder with Different Granularity Distributions Prepared by Chemical Reduction in the Liquid Phase

摘要 采用液相还原法,分别以水合肼、次磷酸钠和硼氢化钠为还原剂,聚乙二醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为分散剂和保护剂,硝酸银被还原制备球形纳米银粉。通过透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)进行表征,得到在10~60nm之间不同粒度分布的规则球形、纯相面心立方晶系纳米银粉。 Nanometer silver powder are synthesized from AgNO3 by chemical reduction in the liquid phase with hydrazine hydrate, sodium hypophosphite and sodium borohydride as the reducing agent respectively, polyethylene glycol and polyvinyl pyrrolidone as the dispersant and the protective agents respectively. Nanometer silver powder prepared was characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results show that the obtained nanometer silver powder is excellent with regular spherical shape and face-centered cubic (FCC) system, and its granularity distributions' were among 10-60 nm.
