摘要
美国ASTEC双滚筒沥青混凝土搅拌设备具有结构紧凑、技术先进、生产效率高等优点.但由于我国目前原材料规格混杂不齐、含泥量较大等原因,导致沥青含量偏差超过0.35%、矿粉输送不畅等问题,使产品质量下降.通过增加前置冷料筛分装置和改造矿粉输送装置,使以上问题得以解决.针对设备的改造和正确使用双滚筒搅拌设备提出了一些具体建议,基本可以解决目前国内原材料出现的问题,从而大大提高产品质量.
The bituminous concrete mixing machine ASTEC （double rollers） made by the U.S.A. has the following good properties, well-combined structure, advanced techniques and high efficiency, etc. But the quality of the bituminous mixture produced by ASTEC can not be guaranteed in China because of the present conditions of local materials（different sizes and high-content soil）which cause the difference of bitumen over 0. 35% and make the fillers （mineral powders） not be transferred freely. This paper has solved the above problems by adding pre-sieving equipment of cold materials and improving the transferring equipment of the fillers. In addition, some suggestions are given in the improvement of the equipment and the use of double-roller mixing machines. At present the machine can basically fit the local materials and the quality of products is being improved.
