摘要
通过从教育理念、教学内容和目的、学习方式、师生关系角度对比终身教育和传统教育,以此为契机和视角审视继续教育的发展,根据终身教育理念从继续教育课程目标取向、遵循继续教育可持续发展观、拓展继续教育人本性原则、推崇继续教育差异化、个性化教学、优化继续教育课程结构等诸多领域指出了中国继续教育发展的方向和相应途径。
A comparison between life-long education and traditional education is made from the five points of education concept, teaching content, teaching purpose, study mode and the relationship between students and teachers. As an opportunity and angle of view on the development of continuing education,the direction of our continuing education development and the corresponding ways are discussed according to the concept of lifelong education： following the continuing education courses orientation, keeping continuing education sustainable development, expanding the continuing education＇s nature principle, personalizing teaching of continuing education, optimizing the continuing education course structure, and so on.
