摘要
基于锚固体系的锚杆动力学和波动理论,应用声频应力波在不同波阻抗面反射的能量和相位的变化原理,文章指出了锚杆锚固质量快速检测的应力波反射法,探讨了锚杆长度及注浆饱满度的判别方法,应用于湖南某高速公路隧道的系统锚杆检测试验。结果表明,应力波反射法检测隧道锚杆,检测结果与实际长度吻合,丰富了隧道围岩锚固质量检测方法,为隧道工程建设提供更好的质量保障。
Based on the dynamic of rock anchor and one dimension wave theory in grouted anchor system, and by the principle of reflection energy and phase variation of the audio-frequency stress wave at different wave impedance surface, the method of anchor expeditiously testing by reflection stress wave was brought forth. And the way to distinguish the length and grout saturation were discussed. Then the testing technique was used in one highway tunnel of Hunan province, The testing shows that the results by reflection stress wave are accord with the actual length. The method enrich the techniques for detection of anchor qualities in tunnel wall rocks, and can better guarantee the quality of tunnel engineering construction.
