摘要
工程应用型人才的培养是当前教育界理论研究和实践创新的热点,以工科教育的要求为依据,提出将"零适应期"教育理念贯穿于大学教育始终的具体措施;培养学生的实践能力与创造能力;加强仿真教学与培训,激发学生的工程创新能力;加强仿真教学与培训,激发学生的工程创新能力;加强职业培训中的能力本位教育与职业人格塑造,拓展学生的创业能力。我们期望通过倡导"零适应期"教育理念,使工科教育回归工程与实践,体现工科教育鲜明的特色。
The cultivating of talents of application capability is A key point for present higher education. Based on the requirements of engineering education, Some ideals ,such as running the non-adaptation through the whole higher education, cultivating student practical and creative ability,enhancing simulation teaching and strengthening capacity-based education, are suggested in engineering education. It is hoped that after the advocacy of non-adaptation educational philosophy, engineering education can return to the basis of projects and practices to showits distinct characteristics.
