摘要
受教育义务是各国公民的一项普遍义务。在资本主义发展过程中,国家逐渐建立了义务教育制度,对公民实施一定阶段的强制教育。在义务教育阶段,公民既有受教育权,又有受教育义务,从而与国家形成双重的权利义务关系。受教育义务,是公民对国家所负的接受义务教育的义务。
The duty to education is a citizen＇s general duty for all countries. In the course of development of capitalistic society, compulsory education systems developed with the formation of national states. Receiving education has become both a right and a duty of citizens.
