摘要
介绍一种以SOPC作为μClinux硬件控制平台,AD9283与EP1C6Q240 FPGA芯片完成数据采集的智能控制,USB2.0实现与PC通信,由SOPC来完成TFT驱动和显示控制,用C/C++语言实现TFT仪器界面设计,实现双通道实时采样100MHz等效采样5GHz的数字示波器的设计思想和实现方案,实验表明该设计是行之有效的,文中重点介绍集成仪器的架构、示波器的结构及示波器的FPGA/SOPC与相关软件设计。
A design thought and its realization method of digital oscilloscope with 100M frequency range are introduced. The oscillograph has the function of real-time acquisition for dual-channel data. Using SOPC as the hardware control platform of μClinux, the intelligence control of data-acquisition is realized by AD9283 and EP1C6Q240 FPGA. USB 2.0 standards are used to communicate with PC. The display control and driver of TFT are designed by SOPC and SRAM. The design of graphic interface of the instrument is programmed by C/C + +. It is proved by the experiment that the design is feasible. The architecture of integrated instruments, oscilloscope's framework, design of oscilloscope's FPGA/SOPC and relative software are introduced mostly in this thesis.
