摘要
通过对中外商业银行操作风险管理组织结构的比较研究,看到我国商业银行的差距,总结出不足,并就如何建立我国商业银行独立的操作风险管理组织结构提出若干建议。
We can see the disparity and summarize insufficient through comparative research on the organizational structures of operational risk management between foreign commercial banks and domestic commercial banks, then put forward certain proposals about how to establish the independent organizational structures of operational risk management of commercial banks in our country.
