摘要
丽水学院汉语言文学专业应用型人才培养模式的改革包括人才培养目标、课程设置、实践教学环节、师资队伍建设等方面的改革。人才培养目标应体现"一专分向"模式,课程设置在时段上应体现"2+2"模式,实践教学环节应体现"分阶段+集中"模式,师资队伍建设应体现"专业+方向"模式。
The reform in mode of training talented persons in Chinese literature specialty includes that of training aim, curriculum set--up, practice teaching and building of the ranks of teachers. The training aim should incarnate "one specialty and several orientations". The curriculum set--up should incarnate "2+2" in teaching time. The practice teaching should incarnate "grading+ centralization", and the building of the ranks of teachers should incarnate "specialty + orientation".
