摘要
以晚期恶性肿瘤患者临床症状和体征是否改善为指标,对灰树花多糖在晚期恶性肿瘤中的辅助治疗作用采用随机分组的方法进行了临床研究。试验结果表明,灰树花多糖具有直接、迅速改善晚期恶性肿瘤患者临床症状和体征的作用,应用灰树花多糖辅助治疗晚期恶性肿瘤是安全有效的。
Aiming at improving the advanced malignant tumor patients＇clinical symptoms and physical signs, the method of randomization was adopted to study the adjunctive therapy of grifola frondosa amylose against advanced malignant tumor. The experiment results showed that the Grifola frondosa amylose can ameliorate the clinical symptoms and physical signs of the advanced malignant tumor patients directly and rapidly, it is safe and effective to apply Grifola frondosa amylose against advanced malignant tumor by adjunctive therapy.
